What is acdSaServiceHistCounterGaps?
This historical counter shows how many times a service transitioned from available to unavailable during a past period. Network engineers use this to compare stability across different months and identify patterns in service reliability. For example, if last month had 12 gaps but this month has only 3, the service stability has clearly improved.
