Description: The CHLI time is a counter which increments for every High Loss Interval. It is only reset to zero when one of the following conditions occur: 1) device reboot 2) explicit counter reset.
What is acdSaServiceHistCounterChliTime?
This OID counts how many times a High Loss Interval occurred during a historical period and resets only on device reboot or manual counter reset. Engineers monitor this to detect recurring quality degradation patterns that may point to underlying infrastructure problems. For example, a value of 5 means the service experienced 5 separate episodes of high packet loss during that historical interval.
