What is acdSaServiceConfigRowStatus?

This OID controls the lifecycle state of a service availability entry in the configuration table, allowing you to create new entries, activate them, or delete them by setting this value to standard SNMP RowStatus codes. Network administrators use this mechanism to dynamically add or remove monitored services without restarting the system. For example, setting this to createAndGo with a new service name will immediately activate monitoring for that service.
