What is acdPolicyHistStatsStatus?
This field indicates whether a particular historical statistics record is active, complete, archived, or in some other state, using enumerated values to track the lifecycle of data. Network administrators check this to determine whether a statistics record is currently being written to or has been finalized and can be safely reported. A status value of 'complete' means the time period for that record has ended and all data has been collected, while 'active' indicates new traffic is still being added to those counters.
