What is acdPaaUdpCfgState?

This OID controls the administrative state (enabled/disabled) of the PAA configuration entry as an enumerated integer. Engineers adjust this to enable or disable PAA measurement sessions without deleting the configuration, useful for maintenance windows. Setting this to 1 (enabled) starts measurements, while 0 (disabled) pauses them while preserving the configuration.
