What is acdPaaResultPktLossNePrevValueExt?
This OID records your local side packet loss percentage from the previous period using the same scaling (millionths of a percent). You monitor historical near-end loss to identify trending problems in your outgoing paths. If values were 1000000 (1%) last period and 5000000 (5%) now, your transmission quality has degraded significantly.
