What is acdPaaResultPktLossNePrevValue?
This OID stores the packet loss percentage from the previous measurement period on the near-end, measured in hundredths of a percent. Network engineers compare current and previous values to spot trends and determine if the link is improving or degrading. For example, a previous value of 200 (2%) compared to current 100 (1%) shows the link is recovering.
