This is the average one-way jitter across the entire current measurement period, in microseconds. You compare this average against your SLA to determine whether the link meets service quality targets for voice and video applications. Example: an average of 10000 (10 milliseconds) is acceptable for VoIP but borderline for interactive video conferencing.
