What is acdErpConfigWTRTimer?
Sets the Wait-To-Restore timer duration in minutes (0 to approximately 2000 minutes), which delays reverting to the original path after a failed link recovers. Network engineers use this to prevent rapid flip-flops and confirm that a previously failed link is genuinely stable. Setting this to 5 means the ring waits 5 minutes after detecting link recovery before automatically reverting.
