Description: All columns must have a valid value before a row can be activated. To create a new Service you shall provide a unique name for an empty row with the RowStatus set to Create and Go.
What is acdErpConfigRowStatus?
Controls the lifecycle of an Ethernet Ring Protection service row (create, activate, delete, etc.). Network engineers use this to add new ERP service instances; you set it to "createAndGo" when provisioning a ring protection service with all required parameters. Setting this to "destroy" removes the entire ERP configuration.
