Description:

State of neighbor.

What is accXnsUbnState?

This field shows whether the neighbor router is currently active, inactive, or in a transition state in the routing topology. Engineers monitor this to detect when neighbor routers go offline or restart. A value change from active (1) to inactive (0) signals a neighbor link failure that will reroute traffic.
