What is accXnsUbRipRespOuts?

This counter tracks the total number of RIP (Routing Information Protocol) response packets that have been transmitted to announce available routes to XNS neighbors. Network engineers monitor this metric to verify that the router is actively participating in dynamic routing and sharing route information with peers. For example, a value of 5,000 responses sent indicates the router has been regularly notifying neighbors of its known routes since startup.
