What is accXnsUbRipRedirOuts?

This counter counts redirect packets sent to neighbors telling them a better route exists to certain destinations. Network engineers monitor redirects to verify the routing protocol is actively optimizing paths when network topology changes. For example, 10 redirects sent might indicate the router detected 10 instances where neighbors could reach destinations more efficiently through a different path.
