What is accXnsUbRipHelloIns?

This counter counts hello packets received from RIP neighbors, which are periodic keepalive messages confirming a neighbor is still alive. Engineers watch this to detect if a neighbor link becomes intermittent or goes down. If this counter stops incrementing from a known neighbor, it may indicate a link failure.
