What is accXnsNetUbQT1?

This object stores the QT1 timer value used by the Ungermann-Bass protocol for initial request timeouts (measured in deciseconds). Network engineers configure it to tune how long the protocol waits for a response before retrying—affecting responsiveness and link utilization. For example, setting it to 1000 creates a 10-second timeout for initial requests.
