What is accXnsNetEntryStat?

This object stores the administrative status of a network entry in the configuration table, allowing it to be marked as active or invalid. Network engineers use it to manage the lifecycle of network entries—enabling new configurations or cleanly removing outdated ones without leaving orphaned data. For example, setting this object to invalid removes that entry from the table completely.
