What is accXnsNamedNetFltrDestination?

This OID stores a 4-byte destination network address (in hexadecimal) to match against, or 0x00000000 to match any destination. Network engineers use this to specify which target networks the filter should examine. Example: The hex value 0x0A000001 represents the destination network 10.0.0.1.
