Destination socket in IDP message or zero

What is accXnsNamedHostFltrSocket?

This 2-byte socket number specifies a particular service or port on the destination host, or zero to match all services. Administrators use this to filter based on specific applications rather than all traffic to a host. For example, socket 0x0453 targets a particular network service on the destination.
