What is accV25CTSSignal?
This OID shows the current state of the Clear To Send (CTS) signal, which tells the terminal it is safe to transmit data. Engineers monitor this to identify situations where the modem is not accepting outgoing data due to flow control or congestion. For example, 'high' means data transmission is currently permitted.
