What is accRadiusAcctRecoverTO?

This field specifies how many seconds (0 to 86400) a server will stay marked as down before the NAS re-probes it. You adjust this to balance failover speed (lower values) against repeated probe traffic (higher values mean fewer probes). For example, a value of 3600 means wait 1 hour after consecutive failures before probing again.
