What is oPstnCasTabSupvMetPatt?
This parameter defines the tone or pulse pattern used to send metering signals (billing pulses) over a PSTN trunk line to the carrier. Telecom engineers configure this to match their carrier's billing signaling format so call charges are properly tracked and billed. A metering pattern of 1 might mean "single short pulse per billing unit" to communicate charges to the carrier.
