What is oPstnCasTabSupvMetOn?
This setting controls the duration in milliseconds that the metering signal remains active (on) during each billing pulse cycle on a PSTN line. Engineers adjust this to match the billing pulse timing their carrier requires for proper charge tracking and accurate billing. A value of 80ms means the metering signal is transmitted for 80 milliseconds in each pulse cycle.
