What is oPstnCasTabSupvIdleTime?
This OID stores the minimum duration in milliseconds that a line must remain in the idle pattern before the system considers it truly idle and available for new calls. A network engineer adjusts this to prevent false detection of available lines due to brief signal fluctuations. For example, a value of 500 means the line must show idle signals continuously for at least 500 milliseconds before being marked ready.
