What is oPstnCasTabSupvBlockTime?
This setting controls the duration in milliseconds that a block tone is transmitted to prevent new PSTN calls on a line. Engineers configure this so the block signal persists long enough for the receiving switch to recognize and enforce the block state. A value of 800ms ensures the block signal remains active for 800 milliseconds to reliably stop incoming call attempts.
