What is accPstnTabSupR2CfRecTime?
This timer specifies how long the gateway waits to receive a clear-forward signal from the remote PSTN before assuming the signal is lost. If the timer is too short, the gateway abandons good calls; if too long, call setup becomes sluggish. A standard value of 650 milliseconds allows time for signal transit across the network.
