What is accPstnTabSupEmWiOutStTo?
This OID stores the timeout duration in milliseconds for the gateway waiting to detect an incoming wink signal on outbound E&M calls. You configure this based on how long the far-end equipment typically takes to send the wink after it detects the line seizure. A typical value of 500 milliseconds prevents the gateway from timing out prematurely on slow equipment.
