What is accPstnTabSupEmWiOutStDly?
This OID stores the delay time in milliseconds between detecting the far-end's wink signal and starting to send digits on outbound E&M calls. You adjust this to accommodate equipment that needs time to transition from wink mode to digit-receiving mode. A value of 75 milliseconds adds a small buffer between wink reception and digit transmission.
