What is accPstnTabSupEmWiOutEndTo?
This OID stores the timeout duration in milliseconds for detecting the end of a wink signal on outbound E&M calls. You set this when the far-end equipment has specific timing for how long it holds the wink signal, and you need to match it. A value of 200 milliseconds tells the gateway to wait up to 200ms to confirm the wink has ended before proceeding.
