What is accPstnTabSupEmImOutStDly?
This OID stores the start delay time in milliseconds for outbound calls using Immediate Start signaling mode. You adjust this when configuring E&M trunks in Immediate Start mode—a faster signaling method where digits follow almost immediately after the line goes off-hook. A value of 100 milliseconds gives the far end minimal time to detect seizure before digits arrive.
