Description: Delay Dial Start Dial delay time for outbound E&M calls
What is accPstnTabSupEmDsOutStDly?
This OID stores the delay time in milliseconds between when an outbound E&M call is initiated and when dial digits actually start being sent. You configure this on voice gateways when the far-end equipment needs extra time to be ready to receive digits before transmission begins. A typical value of 500 means the gateway waits 500 milliseconds after seizure before sending the first digit.
