What is accPstnTabSigR2ObDflt?
This INTEGER field stores the default telephone number that will be used when making outbound calls if no specific destination is provided. Engineers use this as a fallback destination for test calls or emergency routing when the normal call routing logic fails. Setting it to 1234567890 would route any unconfigured outbound call to that number by default.
