What is accPstnTTIndex?
This INTEGER parameter sets the default timer index used for all tone table operations on the gateway. Engineers configure this to ensure tone timing is consistent across all signaling operations and matches carrier requirements. A value of 0 selects the default timing profile, while higher values select carrier-specific or custom timing profiles.
