What is accL2tpTunnelStatusTunnelState?
This OID stores the operational state of the tunnel (idle, wait-ctl-reply, established, cleanup, etc.). Engineers monitor this to detect if a tunnel is actively carrying sessions or stuck in a failing state. A state of 'established' (often value 5) means the tunnel is up and ready to carry PPP sessions.
