What is accL2tpTunnelStatusRemControlRWS?

This OID stores the number of unacknowledged control messages the remote peer will allow in its receive window (1 to 16 packets). This affects tunnel reliability and performance—a smaller window means slower acknowledgment but fewer retransmissions if congested. A control RWS of 4 means the peer allows up to 4 control packets in flight before requiring acknowledgment.
