What is accL2tpTrapMsg?

Stores the text message from the most recent L2TP SNMP trap (alert notification) generated by the system. Network engineers read this to understand what event triggered an alert, such as tunnel down, authentication failure, or resource exhaustion. The message might read "L2TP Tunnel 5 down: no response from 10.0.0.5", clearly indicating which tunnel failed and the probable cause.
