What is accL2tpSessionConnectSpeed?

This OID stores the negotiated connection speed in bits per second (0 to 4,294,967,295) that the LAC achieved when the modem or link came up. Network engineers use this to analyze session quality and identify slow or degraded connections, and to report on link capacity utilization across your dial-up infrastructure. For example, a value of 56000 means this session negotiated a 56 kbps modem connection, while 128000 would indicate an ISDN BRI dual-channel link.
