What is accL2pAdminState?
This OID enables or disables the entire L2TP protocol stack on the device, allowing you to turn the service on and off without rebooting. You configure this when bringing up new tunnel infrastructure or performing maintenance. For example, set it to "enabled" to start accepting L2TP tunnel requests.
