What is accIsdnxStatLapdWrongSizes?
This counter tracks LAPD frames that arrive with incorrect length—either truncated or padded incorrectly—making them unparse-able. The frame must be discarded since its structure is unknown. A steady stream of wrong-sized frames suggests line noise, driver corruption, or a switch with a frame construction bug.
