What is accIsdnSubAdminStatus?
This is the administrative control to enable or disable the ISDN subscriber interface without physically disconnecting the line. Network administrators use this to bring interfaces up or down for maintenance, testing, or service changes. For example, setting it to 'up' activates the interface and allows calls and data to flow, while setting it to 'down' temporarily disables it.
