What is accSignalGroupClearedCalls?
This counter tracks the total number of calls that have been terminated or cleared by this signal group, whether by normal disconnect or error. Engineers monitor this to ensure proper call completion and to detect runaway calls that are not being cleared properly. An example value is 8410, meaning 8,410 calls have been fully cleared and released from this signal group.
