What is accSignalGroupCallUserRate?
ACC-DIALMGMT::accSignalGroupCallUserRate stores an integer representing the user-perceived or application-level speed of a call, which may differ from the actual link speed. Engineers monitor this to understand the effective throughput available to applications and to diagnose compression or protocol overhead issues. For example, a value of 56000 might represent 56 kbps user rate on a 64 kbps channel due to protocol overhead.
