Description: Count of DL2 signaling messages that required retransmission by the signaling protocol becasue the appropriate response was not received within the retransmit period.
What is accDl2SysRetransmissions?
This counter records how many DL2 signaling messages had to be sent twice because the expected response didn't arrive within the timeout window. High retransmission counts indicate network instability, latency problems, or a remote peer that's slow to respond. If this counter is climbing rapidly, it suggests the DL2 link is degrading and may soon lose calls.
