What is accDl2SysOriginatedCalls?
ACC-DIALMGMT::accDl2SysOriginatedCalls counts calls that originate from (are initiated on) a DL2 signaling interface on this gateway, showing outbound call volume. Network teams use this to measure gateway usage, identify load imbalances between gateways, and track whether an interface is carrying expected traffic. If this shows 8,500, it means 8,500 outbound calls have been started on DL2 interfaces since system startup.
