ACC-DIALMGMT::accDl2SysCompletedCalls is a counter that increments every time a DL2-signaled call successfully connects and enters active conversation state. Network engineers monitor this metric to track call volume, capacity planning, and detect when new calls are being routed through this gateway. If this counter reads 15,432, it means 15,432 calls have been successfully established and at least temporarily stayed connected via DL2 signaling since the last system reboot.
