What is accDl2SysClearedCalls?

ACC-DIALMGMT::accDl2SysClearedCalls is a counter that increments each time a DL2 call is properly disconnected and its circuit is released back to the available pool. Engineers use this to correlate with completed calls—if cleared calls significantly exceed completed calls, it suggests calls are being dropped or disconnected abnormally. A counter value of 15,400 paired with 15,432 completed calls indicates that 32 calls may still be active or stuck.
