Description: CIC base to use for circuits on this interface.

What is accDl2InfcCICBase?

This setting (0-4064) defines the starting Circuit Identification Code number for circuits on this interface. CICs are numeric identifiers for individual voice circuits, and the base value determines where the numbering starts. If you set CICBase to 100 on an interface with 30 circuits, those circuits will be numbered CIC 100 through 129.
