What is accDl2InfcAdminStatus?
This setting controls whether the DL2 interface is administratively enabled (up) or disabled (down) on this device. You'd modify this when you want to take the interface offline for maintenance without powering down the hardware. Setting this to 'down' will drop all active calls and prevent new calls until it's set back to 'up'.
