What is accDl2CrctState?
This read-only value shows whether the circuit is idle or actively carrying a call at this moment. It's a snapshot of the current state, unlike the status which is a configuration setting. A value of 'connected' means a call is in progress, while 'idle' means the circuit is available for the next call.
