What is acSysIPsecSAProtocol?

This specifies the IP protocol number (0–255) that traffic must use to match this tunnel rule; 0 means any protocol, 6 is TCP, and 17 is UDP. This lets you create tunnel policies for specific transport layers instead of all traffic. Setting this to 6 applies the tunnel only to TCP connections.
