What is acSysIPSecSPDProposal1Encryption?
This OID specifies the encryption algorithm for the device's second IPsec encryption proposal, used if the first proposal is rejected during tunnel negotiation. Having multiple proposals lets the device fall back to alternative encryption methods if the remote endpoint doesn't support the strongest option. For example, if Proposal 0 uses AES-256, Proposal 1 might use AES-128 to ensure compatibility with older devices.
